• Tarot cards likely originated in northern Italy during the late 14th or early 15th century. The oldest surviving set, known as the Visconti-Sforza deck, was created for the Duke of Milan’s family around 1440.
  • For many of us, a “Tarot card reading” means a woman in flowing robes, leaning over a small table in a candlelit room, foretelling impending doom. But that’s not really what Tarot cards are about. In fact, they’re not even really meant to tell your fortune or future
  • Tarot is largely based on energies. Energies that flow through and out. So, many a times a situation may come that the reader will tell you things which you might have not asked for. So, don’t bother yourself with the extra information instead, be aware of it so that you know what is going for/against you.
  • The Tarot is a deck of 78 cards, each with its own imagery, symbolism and story. The 22 Major Arcana cards represent life’s karmic and spiritual lessons, and the 56 Minor Arcana cards reflect the trials and tribulations that we experience on a daily basis
